What you’ll grow into

You’ll gradually take ownership of applications and:

• coordinate with IT teams and vendors
• translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• help improve stability, integrations, and performance
• learn how decisions in IT impact the business

This role builds a strong foundation for future paths such as:

Application Owner, Product Owner, IT Analyst, or Digital Lead.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right mindset:

• Curious about how systems and applications work together
• Comfortable taking responsibility and following things through
• Structured, communicative, and eager to learn
• Interested in the why behind issues, not just the fix

Languages:

• Dutch and/or French required
• English is important in daily work

Background (nice to have, not required)

• Recent graduate in IT, business, engineering, or similar
• Internship, school project, or first work experience in IT
• Interest in applications, integrations, or digital processes
